Family Layout

Here is a layout I taught at Scrapbooks and Stuff awhile back. It is still one of my favorites, especially since this layout started by love affair with Prima flowers, Glimmer Mist and Tim Holtz.

Hope you like it as much as I do. Bye bye for now.

Halloween 2009

Well, as I mentioned I am a bit behind on my scrapbooking and I have been working on Halloween 2009 pictures. Here are the ones that I have completed so far, I still have a few more pictures I want to scrapbook.

The inspiration for this layout is from the Impatientscrapper on Scrapbook.com. My husband thinks that the picture of my daughter should be bigger. Leave me a comment and let me know what you think. Should it be bigger?

With the inspiration of the above layout, I did a similar layout for my son.
The blue shimmer on the paper is from spays that I bought from Lindy Stamp Gang, very similar to Glimmer Mist but with different effects. They had a package of five different colors for Halloween, they were awesome and perfect for Halloween.

The circle started out as white cardstock and I sprayed it with mist from Lindy Stamp Gang.

Well, that is it for now. This weekend I am attending a fund-raising event for the American Cancer Society. Hopefully I will get a couple of layouts completed while helping a great cause.

What I have been working on lately.... Bulletin Boards

As promised in my last blog post here are the projects that I worked on in the month on December.

This picture is of the student of the month bulletin board for the month of December at my daughter's school. I used the Cricut Lite Jolly Holiday Cartridge.

The school mascot is the gator so they call their students of the month the Gator of the Month. I also made boy and girl gingerbread people with each student of the month name but I did not have pictures of the gingerbread people. Oh well.

For the student of the month bulletin board for the month of January I made snowmen. I used the Cricut Snow Friends Seasonal Cartridge.

Happy Belated Holidays

I hope you all had a fabulous holiday surrounded by love ones and may the new year bring you more happiness and love.

I have been a bad blogger and have not posted anything in a long time. December was a very busy month, as I am sure it was for most of you. Now that I am done hosting Christmas parties and my son's 2nd birthday party, it is time to focus again on scrapbooking. I will be posting all of the scrapbook projects that I have been working on, mostly I have been working on last year's Halloween, oh oh I mean Halloween 2009. I am a bit behind ;) I have also been working on the Student of the Month bulletin boards for the month of December and January at my daughter's school. I will be posting pictures this weekend so make sure to check back.
